DSP&PRR/CM Route Mapping Question Question – image 1

LAST EDITED ON Sep-03-03 AT 04:19 PM (EDT)

I have now layed the track almost to Dolomite which later became called Divide. Here there was a Wye ("Denver South Park and Pacific by M.C.Poor" says that a wye was here) but I have no idea where. I don't really have much of an idea where the town even was. I can not see any evidence of the town in Aeriel photos or maps I know that it was DSPPRR MP 123.53 and the Trout Creek Pass (Hill Top) was DSPPRR MP 119.74 so it is about 4 miles west of the trout creek pass.I search for Dolomite on the DPL photo website and it came up this this http://photoswest.org:8080/cgi-bin/cw_cgi?fullRecord+20288+594+623651372+2+0 so that means that a Colorado Midland trestle was at the near the town but on the maps I have seen the CM takes a route not going though the town. Will some body like Matt_G (Who is making the CM route) be able to help me out here. Thanks

RE: DSP&PRR/CM Route Mapping Question Question

Jonathan,
I suggust you reword your post slightly, for non TrainSim people, and post it on the NG forum. http://www.ngdiscussion.net/cgi-bin/NGDFcook.plThe place is full of NG experts, but most of them have never heard of TrainSim.Good luck, Bill
