Hank, I have a question for you. I have noticed that at times I get a restricting signal that the signal speed limit is higher than the speed limit. In fact it is higher than any speed limit on the route. BTW, I am refering to the Bluefield route. Is there any way to change it WITHOUT screwing around in the RE?ThanksKevin Arceneaux

RE: Paging Hank

Hi, KevinYes, there is a way. Find the signal in the RE and get it's name(something.s). Open up the routes's sigcfg file and find the definition of something.s in the SignalShapes script block and find the name of the SIGNAL_HEAD which might look like ( "CLV3ColorXX" ). Go to the above SignalTypes script block and find the definition of CLV3ColorXX. In it's defintion, go to the SignalAspects sub-block and find the line that looks like this;SignalAspect ( RESTRICTING "Yellow" SpeedMPH ( 15 ) )Change the integer value in the parenthesis to anything you want. You can also remove "SpeedMPH ( 15 )" all together and the speed defaults to the track speed. Maintain a white space between the number and the parantheses. You can do this operation for any of the SignalAspect statements.Hank
