I fiddled with my shapes and came up with this while finishing off my SD40-2s, just for fun! On the D&H. The QNS&L orginals will be posted on the weekend, my job and beta-testing permitting. This version has a standard fuel tank and air reservoirs and a CP horn and handbrake location. The pilots need some extra work, but is is all straightforward. All in one piece, at 10,300 polys. Any takers?

Thats looking real nice! I'll probably regret this but, hey I'll give em' a shot! I'm almost done with some other projects so I could fiddle with these!
I can't wait for the other ones too! That new Helm paint will look mighty sweet on that!mword77@comcast.net-Mike

Don't worry about it. I had just done the main parts to give myself some perspective. CN black and red didn't appeal to me, so I tried CP red. When the paint job gets finished, it will be done right. When the project is done, I will give the proper kudos to the resident gurus (and they are many).

Here is where it is in SFW. I have a lot to do on the skin, but the basic shape fixes are fairly easy to do, starting with taking off the front plow, modifying the pilots and steps, and putting ditch lights on it. In a tentative Multimark scheme for the time being, with the short nose (no snoot. That comes later).

All of my stuff is free. I have nothing against payware (own lots of it in fact). I just like to share my stuff with others.

Sorry, folks, I hung up my skates and equipment bag when I turned 50! Hockey is a game to be played, not watched. I played in garage leagues until my body said STOP for 0.00$ in salary!! I do not miss the pampered pets of the NHL, nor their greedy owners. Both sides need a large dose of common sense if they want the professional game to survive. They are competing in a niche market where fan dollars are tight and need to tailor their product (and their cost structure)to fit potential revenues. In any event, back to MSTS. This little item, along with my original QNS&L version, will be sent out to my selected beta testers tonight, and when I get back from a working road trip next weekend, will get uploaded.
