RE: GP60B Part 2

The unit looks good and runs good but there is a big gap between the couplers when coupled to other units.I'd also change the color of the radiator fans from brown to silver like the rest of the unit.Claude Debnam NS Piedmont Division Raleigh EastGP60B Part 2 – image 2

RE: GP60B Part 2

I removed the GP60B from my site due to these problems. We are going to work on the fans and making them more boxy then flat and round. Also, we WILL fix the coupler gap. The engine will be ready by next Wendsday. In the mean time, remember that MASW has only released ONE of it's four items on the list. Next up: The KCS SD Pack v1 including:
2 KCS SD40-2s (One white, one gray)
1 TFM SD40-2
1 KCS SD50 (Gray)
For now though, lets stay on track with the GP60B.

Those end platforms still arent right....look at pics, the anticlimber come out over the pilot...one of the few things that could be fixed to make it look a lot better.Kevin V.

I just want to give an overall thank you to you guys. There was only one real request that was on everyones list that no one had made yet, and you guys answered the call with a purdy darn good looking machine, though with some flaws. I'm sure within a couple weeks you guys will have yourself an awesome product to release to the public.Once again, a MAJOR thank you

LAST EDITED ON Dec-11-04 AT 02:38 AM (EST)

The angles on the end of the unit look way too flat. The centerline end of the hood should be about a 18" longer than the ends of the hood sides. That was the first thing I noticed that needs work. Atlanic Pacific Garrettedit typo

RE: GP60B Part 2

Well, some bad news. We have hit a spot. After trying to fix the coupler issue where the spacing is to far, the model won't load in the sim anymore. We get a UID error. Anyone know what to do? Appearently re-exporting the engine is impossible at this point. I will send Nick the old model and we sill start from what I have which includes all fixes up to the coupler thing. I hope this can get fixed.
