LAST EDITED ON Dec-01-04 AT 05:00 PM (EST)

It's been a while since I have posted any of my works in progress... So here are two shots of my Dash 9's. The first is of the second version of the "tophat" that was released last March(?) these unit's have a much greater level of detail!! It sickens me to look at the earlier models The second is of the same dash 9 but in the wide cab version... I never released the first version of these. So I guess these can be considered the first version I wasn't very happy with them so they have since been redone. Both are completly mapped and are waiting to be painted. As the work progresses I will post more shots! Enjoy!! Edit: Comments welcome... and Claude I'm working on the SD70 NOW LOL

RE: NS Dash9's V2

>Any plan for a CSX version ? Phil,
At some point I will do one. Shouldn't be to difficult. Just moving a few things around. Once I'm done with these I'm going to concentrate on some newer locos

The CSX Dash-9s are actually Dash-8s, so it'd take a lot more than just "moving a few things around"...

Leiv Eiriksson was first - Christoffer Columbus used a Viking map!

>Any chance of a Phase 3 SD70M? I'm working on a lot of NS stuff now...If the moons align just right I would like have about five of each the above Dash 9's. Plus finish my Dash 8's (Standard and Safety Cab) and push them all out at the same time.I feel that we are lacking some of the earlier stuff GP38, GP40, GP50, MP15, etc... I'm gonna try and hit the high nose versions and the low nose versions... After that I have all the SD70 models that NS has plus some stuff they inherited from Conrail. This ALL of course is dependent on a lot of things...
1. Time
2. Significant other
3. I want to try and paint myself so... there is going to be a learning curve associated with that.
4. Plans change and as I get them done they could be sent out on their own who knows Like I said I will keep everyone in the loop as work progresses... So keep an eye open on the forums for some goodies
