I found some good diagrams for the ACE 3000 locomotive for anyone who may want to build it. Here is the link http://www.trainweb.org/tusp/ace_det.html and here is some more info http://www.trainweb.org/tusp/ult.html. NOTE read all the sub links there are some interesting photos and diagrams it is all a half a day reading and looking at photos. This page is for anyone who likes steam and the SGS proposed locomotive. Now only if somebody had a good link to the C&O 614s diagrams that would be all I need to make my dream complete of building these for MSTS.

RE: ACE3000

I've had the ACE 3000 drawings since they came out in Model Railroader back when Ross Rowland was hoping to make it a reality...That's the good news. The bad news is that I really don't plan a model. A) too much already in queue, B) Steamers are more complex and harder to build. It's taken me a long while just to animate the valve gear for a simple 4-6-0. Once I find a way to "mass produce" the animation it may go faster, but I still don't think you'll see a slew of steamers coming from my direction for a while yet.In regards to 416, are you looking for drawings so you can build or hoping someone else will? I have tons of drawings (don't know about 416 specifically) I can look through and send you, if I have what you need.Frank MusickMoving America into the 19th Century!

RE: ACE3000

I did not ask you to make the ACE 3000 I looking for any one who may want to do the locomotive. I was also looking for really good diagrams for C&O Greenbrier 4-8-4 614 it is one of the best 4-8-4s out there and the last one of it's kind in the world. Here is a link to some photos http://www.toytrains1.com/northern.htm and this is the big water car she got in 1997 1998 some diagrams for this is also needed. And the old tool car she pulls around.
