Norfolk Southern, Asheville to Salisbury – image 1

I am new to this forum and it probally already been asked, but what about the Norfolk Southern Asheville to Salisbury NC. I would think it would be a gret run http://terraserver-usa.com/image.aspx?t=1&s=12&x=483&y=4933&z=17&w=2 Especially with the double clover curves and to see a train head to toe at the same time, snaking over eachother. Anyone have any info about a project or a completed one please let me know! Pics over train over train from http://www.railpictures.net/

Welcome to the forum! And now for one of the rules...you posted in the wrong place. This part of the forum is about building 3D models - usually locomotives. What you're asking about is a route. Post again in the route builders forum and you should be able to get a better answer.Mark

Sweet it will be the first on my DL list, I actually live on peppers crk for the last 15 years. So I know the Clinchfeld loops like the back of my hand. And they already have a route for it. But many dont know about Ashville to Salisbury and Saluda. So once again I look very foward to your route completion.

well, I have been on the route before from raleigh to Charlotte. I know that there are CRS locomotives (Carolina Rail Systems) some times run there. There paint scheme is blue and white. With CRS letters on the sides. it is a neat place. You sometimes see the peidmont beside the train your on.
