Hello Bob,All
I have a question for you Bob if you don`t mind, during your study of the eng/wag files with regard to physics have you managed to understand these three parameters from the coupler section.
Centre ( 0.5 )
Radius ( 1 )
Angle ( 0.5deg )
What is their specific function within the coupler section and do they relate to either the coupler or buffer part of the section or both.
I hope you can shed some light on this subject and I would be grateful for any help or suggestion you can give.Regards

RE: A Question for the Plainsman

Hi,
I am sorry to not get right on this, but had a death in the family.
I don't really have a perspective on these parameters, as they are not ones I usually modify in my work. I think these may be sensitive to model specific problems under some conditions, and I usually just leave them as set in the original model. Joe Morris (drjoe) may have some ideas on these parameters, as he has done a lot of testing of coupler data recently.
Hope this helps,
Bob
