What a lot of people don't understand is that if you bought MSTS as 1.2, then you actually do need the disk to play it. To correct the situation, go to the official site of MSTS and download the patch offered there. That will fix the problem. Is there any way – image 14--The FBL Commuter Edition!!!!!!---You can never have too much inner beauty. Or socks.

I have had MSTS ask me to put the disc in after I had a disc in for another application. Example: playing another sim which requires the CD to play, then after I'm done with that, I fire up the RE or AE, I get a flag saying "Please Insert the Game Disc" or something like that, with three choices: OK, Cancel, or Retry. I always hit Cancel and it continues anyway. It never asks for the disc at any other time.Just thought I'd mention it.Tim

RE: Is there any way

The first time I loaded MSTS on Win2000 I needed to insert the CD to play. Never had a problem with Win98This was because I when I installed it I wasn't logged in as Administrator. For Win2000 always use Administrator
