RE: Milwaukee EP-3...

Didn't NYC or Penn have similar juice jacks they used in the tunnels? And no, I don't mean the ones that are already in the library.

RE: Milwaukee EP-3...

Yes, I think the PRR bought several units from GN. I believe the GN units were Y-1's, and the PRR reclassified them as FF2's. The PRR used them in pusher/helper service.Have a nice day

RE: Milwaukee EP-3...

Not in the sim yet...
Milwaukee EP-3 – image 10
but shapeviewer helps me work out some "bugs".Had to work out a new handrail design that let me create the "cursive" rails at the ends of this beast. So far that's been the biggest challenge...I wanted to keep thos beautiful side ladders you gave, Tim, but this critter doesn't use them. Saved me 4000 poly's to boot. I'd love to keep those pilots too, but the drawing shows plows.Moving America into the 19th Century!

So do the pictures I have of them. Also, the maroon stripe doesn't go all the way across the front either. it ends just under each edge of that window on the flat part.Bradley Linda

If you want, Frank, I could send you the Plow.dst files from the Little Joe.Tim

but it's mostly in the details.Glad you mentioned the Baldwin Westinghouse thing, I guess I should take off those GE builder plates If you wouldn't mind, I like to borrow those plows.I'll work on the striping...So the flat front is mostly orange? Is the maroon trimmed in a stripe? Most of the other electrics are at the same point. Detail work, physics, and lighting. This morning I was reading the August 1948 issue of Railroad Magazine and realized that C&O's "Sacred Cow" turbine has a similar running gear to Lil Joe...Not promising anything, but you just know I gotta take a shot at it. That shape is gonna be a bear.Maybe after this present wave of electrics is released...FrankMoving America into the 19th Century!
