Here's an interesting car, or rather a car-on-a-car, I photographed on the Cajon Pass a few years ago. If I coould figure how how Gmax works, I might try modelling it myself. As it is, anyone want to take a shot? Feel free! The only details that don't show are that there was an electromagnet, probably about 36in diameter, on the main-line of the burro, and that the burro is sitting on about 90lb rail bolted to the deck of the flatcar; in use, the burro could run up-and-down the flat, picking up metal scrap along the right-of-way and placing it in the gons at each end of the flat. There are stops at each end of the rails to prevent the burro from running off the flat.
