We'd like to announce the first model built under the newly organized NCNG Model Builders. Mr Mustard does the models, and I am working on textures and routes. It is the start of Colorado & Southern 2-6-0 #22, built by Brooks as it appeared toward the end of it's service life. Northern California Narrow Gauge Model Builders

Yes, and that is just about an hour and 1/2 work for him. His PC is down, but we'll get the backup onto our network soon and he will continue to make progress on the model. In my own work, I have been perfecting my texture work..and the first model with my textures, Southern Pacific narrow gauge boxcar #10 will probably be relreased prior to the end of this week. This car will eventually work it's way into acitivies to my upcoming SPNG route, which I have had to start over twice due to stupid errors. Northern California Narrow Gauge Model Builders

Do you guys have any plans to do Eureka & Palisade #4? I started it, but got frustrated with GMAX and shelved it. It's my favorite NG loco, think it would be cool to have in the game.GrizzlyThe NCNG's latest model – image 4 The NCNG's latest model – image 5

After C&S 22 MrMustard11 does have several sets of drawings and info for building the 8-18-C engines. Those will be the next steam project after this. Northern California Narrow Gauge Model Builders

The current poly count for the model is about 1200 I think, I have a lot of unseen polys to cut out at this point. I expect the model to be between 8000 and 10000 when done.I will post some shots soon of other pieces of equipment that I will be releasing in time, there are a few little suprises. -=Andrew=-Northern California Narrow Gauge Model Builders
