This is my first try at uploading a picture so forgive me if it doesn't work. This is an engine running on the Pennsylvania Railroad at Claymont Delaware in 1953 and I am trying to identify it. I am pretty sure that the opening screen image for MSTS was taken at this spot on the Delaware River. I am not sure if the engine is electric or diesel. Thanks,

RE: Engine Identification

Thanks for answering my identification question. Do you happen to know if the MSTS flash screen was made from the Claymont, DE PRR run? Thanks

Don--That would not be Claymont, as there are no gantries, overhead wires, and the NEC has had no grade crossings for many years. Welcome to the wonderful world of MSTS!Aloha, Jeff Link
Island Electric - WestEdit: If you'd like to run the GG-1 as in your screenshot, you will find a wonderful set of five liveries released by NALW in the library. (Original model was done by Cameron Lashley, now with Train Artisan.)
