Last night I was watching TLC and they were talking about the GE Evoulution loco. Did anyone see it? That is quite a locomotive. Is there one in the library?

RE: GE Evolution

I know how to search the library. I have been a silent member here since September 2001 even tho my profile says Sept. 2003. Somehow my original profile got lost. I was at my work desk and just thought I would ask if anybody knew offhand. When I got home I was going to do a search. Thanks you, Jerry

Being from Aus, i dont think i will ever get to see an EVO in action. I have seen AC6000's on BHP in operation. How different are the EVO's from the AC6000's as far as sound goes??Looks like GE is back in business. They went through a rough stage when UP placed the order for SD70M's.Speaking of which, any word on EMD's SD70ACE's?>Mike Forster<

RE: GE Evolution

I saw it. I was flipping channels and caught it part way through. Luckily TLC usually rebroadcasts later at night, so I was able to record it.Mighty fine looking machine!-Jeff
