RE: Rear plow

If I'm not mistaken, that would have to be done John himself. I think a model has to be "enabled" in some way for Freightanim to work.Perhaps if you contact John directly, he might be willing to make that change for you.Take care,Henry

I don't think the model has to be "enabled" for freightanim to work. I've just been experimenting with it on one of my models. All I did was add FreightAnim(<name>.s 1 1) to the eng file and it works fine. AFAIK, all you have to do is create an S file and then just add that line.--Victorian Railfan Web Site:

RE: Rear plow

He says
"..very busy to make add-ons,may-be in future. You can add parts to existing models by using a method
referred to as the FreightAnim() tag in the .eng file. If you or
someone you know can build some very simple 3D parts such as the plow
and the filter box on top of the long hood, you can add these to the
C30-7 model I did by using the above technique..."

You would have to make a new plow to the same dimensions as the original. As for the textures, just use the existing ones that come with the model. You can open them using TGAtool2.--Victorian Railfan Web Site:
