I'm looking for an add-on locomotive for MSTS that's called the DD35A, the predasessor to the more famed DDA40X, the Centennial Locomotive. As long as I'm typing this, I'll give you some backround info on this "Double Diesel." Built by EMD, the DD35 was a booster meant to run behind a GP35. However, Union Pacific, which has purchased 2 demonstrators and another 25, has found it is compatable with any locomotive with a Multiple Unit feature. Southern Pacific brought only 3. UP was so pleased with the units they requested EMD buld a version with a cab. This unit was dubbed DD35A. But because of a turndown in the economy, all DD35's and DD35A's were taken out of service by 1981. Sadly, none of these units were preserved. However, for developers, there are several pictures you can obtain by a search engine to build a DD35A, and if anyone knows a web site with a DD35A, reply to me.Thunderbolt
