Maybe he doesn't know how to do this as many here don't.The same with me I've only posted a picture here once so I'm rusty on this procedure.I do recall there being a link posted here that gave insight on how to reduce the picture so you could post a picture here.If anyone here remembers the link please post it for this guys. Also take a look at how long he's been a member here. He's not going to know all the ropes like some of us old timers here.Thanks.

Yes I have,I have never been there before. 1551 is undergoing restoration in the Morgan Run Shops in Ohio. I'm very familiar with one of its subsidiarys,Pittsburgh & Ohio Central based in McKees Rocks,PA. GP9 4032 came from the OC to the P&OC for its Arden/Carnegie and Neville Locals. It has a SW1200Ss from CANAC that is sitting in the P&OC yard.--->Mike Huhn<---

RE: NS SD40-2 in modified paint

Yes the owner of OC and P&OC is Jerry Jacobson. Our family has had lots of association with OC, as my dad worked for them when they first started after Jerry bought the line from NS. I have had lots of time with the railroad as well. I remember when I was younger I drove a old Alco No.52 with my dad. I also have been on "exclusive" train tips over the line. As for the 1551, well I have been on it plenty of times. Once we got a ride from Coshocton to the Conrail(Now NS) yard in Columbus.Maybe for a future route I will build the OC line. I have plenty of material!

Hi Guys, I've been to Sugar Creek, Jerry has one great operation. I've been on excursions with the 1293 1551 and the 6325. I'm planing on going to the stawberry festival excursion, so i'll take some great pictures. I was on the June excursion last year, and I have great pictures of the 1293 and 6325 double-heading us from Sugar Creek to Morgan Run. Happy Rails Patrickedited for spelling

RE: NS SD40-2 in modified paint

Hum, I never seen OC's FP-9s in the old PRR paint. Are they something new they have bought? They did trade some units to the Gettysburg Railroad for some a while back. I seen them, but they were in the OC paint.Lately I have not kept up on them, but heard they have some SD40-2s for coal.NS4Life
