Matt,Look at the "original read-me file that came with the speedster,last time i looked he has already granted permission for reskins(Look at the bottom of the read-me file).I don't think your gonna hear from Mark,he has long departed from the Train-sim community awile ago.I skinned a whole bunch of the Speedsters,and haven't had any problems.
