May-11-02, 02:27 PM (EDT) 1. "RE: Engine Brakes - how ??" You have to add dynamic braking. This requires you to paste in about three sections into the .eng file, then edit them for the proper parameters. I would be happy to help you with this if you email me the .eng file and the locomotive specs and year of build.

I returned the files with some alterations. I have not tested them, so let me know if you encounter problems.
It is not just 3 lines , but 3 sections. You had some of the parameters already installed, but you needed some more lines which I added. I changed the values of a number of parameters, to be consistant with what I could infer about these locomotives. If you have a source of specs, I would be happy to adjust them further.

They are totally independent systems, aren't they?Moreover, Microsoft's HHP have both engine and dynamic brakes
but engine brake doesn't workThanks
