Apr-30-02, 10:28 PM (EDT) "J progress" Well, there isn't much progress from the last time I posted here. I need to redo the trailing truck, finish teh tender and some details on the engine as well as skin it and make an engine file. I haven't had much time to work on it for a while, sorry. here are a couple of shots of what is done so far.

May-01-02, 05:18 AM (EDT) 1. "RE: J progress" Hey altitude , nothing to be sorry about , your engine looks fantastic ! If something slows you down , don't care as long as you get back to your J later. I know that its sometimes hard to stay with a projekt (at least for me) , so a lil break is often also a solution.
I'll be sure waiting for that one ! Seems that steam has just started in MSTS with all these Daylights , Js and Bigboys coming ! Thanks ! C.S. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

May-04-02, 04:46 PM (EDT) 8. "RE: J progress" Hey altitude10200Your Norfolk and Western Class J is really looking good. Remember, take your time and do things right. I am an avid model railroader in both, HO and N Scale. I currently am working slowly on two layouts: My HO Scale Thomasville Railroad Company's Mt. Thomas Subdivision, as well as the N Scale Thomasville Railroad Eastern Division, which is a branch line running from Thomasville Yard, Traxington, PA, to Bluefield, W Va, which is nearly 100 miles away.(Yes, the company is fictious, although based heavily on the practices of the Pennsy, as well as the Norfolk and Western. Ther are very subtile differences.
Also, who way the person making to Pennsy K4. Always wanted to drive one of those. SincerelyTVRRMAN18 Year Old Avid Pennsy Fan Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

May-05-02, 12:49 PM (EDT) 9. "RE: J progress" Beauty. The finest example of a 4-8-4 ever built. (High praise indeed coming from such an obviously biased SP fan). Also, I too have no problem with patiently waiting for a quality product.Regards,
