Apr-19-02, 11:52 PM (EST) 2. "RE: 1960s Wide Vision Caboose" Larry,THAT looks great!!! I was hoping you'd do one with endladders and roofwalks. Now, I just have two questions.(1) Is there any way to map two seperate textures for the cupola sides? The reason I ask is because I'm doing a series of Chessie "Safety Slogan" cabeese using your model, as well as regular Chessie and C&O, and Chessie/C&O put the RR initials and car number on the cupola sides, and using your model, one side is backwards:

I don't know if this is possible, or something you even would want to do, but it would make the cabeese almost exactly like the C&O version of the prototype:

Apr-20-02, 10:36 AM (EST) 4. "RE: 1960s Wide Vision Caboose" Very nice looking paint job Chris! Yes, a couple of people have noted that the textures on the cupola side and stepwells are flipped on one side of the car. The BN paint job didn't make these obvious. The new(1960s) caboose has these corrected and I'll move the stack and send you a new .s file for both cabooses.Larry Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Apr-20-02, 10:46 PM (EST) 10. "RE: 1960s Wide Vision Caboose" Yup, I fully intend to upload these as soon as I'm finished. They'll be uploaded in two 2-packs, each containing 2 "Safety Slogan" cabs, and a regular Chessie paint.I also have an RF&P wide-vis in the paint shop, as well as Seaboard System and Family Lines wide-vis cabeese coming.I'm loving this great model that Larry created! For those who are interested, here's what is on the way, Chessie-wise in "Safety Slogans":Brown: Safety's Dividends - ARE PRICELESS (C&O 3143)
Red: Make This Year - A SAFER YEAR (C&O 903282)
Green: Near-Miss Program - X Out Accidents (C&O 903285)
Orange: Safety Is Free - USE IT (C&O 903287)Chris Denbow - Baltimore, Md.
