Nebraska Zepher and Burlington Zepher?
It would be neat to have a zepher in the game!

Apr-18-02, 07:43 AM (EST) 3. "RE: Zephers" The earliest zephyrs didn't use E or F units, they were articulated trains headed up by what I've seen referred to only as shovelnose deisels. They're very attractive trains, but apparently the shovelnose did not afford much protection to the crew and the articulated nature of the thing meant that a single car could not be pulled from service, the entire train had to go down.A recent thread had a picture of an early zephyr.I think the early zephyrs would be really neat in the sim. Attempted to build one but it turned out simply awful, so my 3d modeling has been put to sleep for a while. Maybe I might make another attempt. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
