Apr-05-02, 10:41 AM (EST) "Help with SP specific loco" What's the big light(the upper one)?
Is it that rotating light?
Message Areas - "Help with SP specific loco" – image 1I'm also searching the 5-chime horn sound, and I found SP horns from the library so I will probably use them.Enocell Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Apr-05-02, 08:17 PM (EST) 2. "RE: Help with SP specific loco" Nice loco Enocell! And, yes the upper light is a mars light which casts its beam in a figure-8 pattern. These engines were standard power for many years on San Francisco to San Jose commuter trains. Nice to see someone building them. BTW any chance you'll do one in the "Black Widow" scheme? Keep up the good work!Jeff. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Apr-06-02, 04:20 AM (EST) 4. "RE: Help with SP specific loco" I don't know how to make that light. Is it the same than in SP PA?
I could copy the mars light from it, but I'm not sure if it's prototypical for this loco.Enocell Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I think you do a great job on the E-L motive power and routes!Did you ever notice how many steps one must climb to get near a F-M? THere are something like 5 steps as opposed to maybe 3 or 4 for most other makers. F-Ms must ride pretty high on the rails!Gh Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Apr-07-02, 12:24 PM (EST) 6. "RE: Help with SP specific loco" I uploaded it today. It has the same mars light than in SP Alco PA by CLW. I also made slight weathering(all units are surprisingly clean in the photos I have)
