Apr-03-02, 05:20 PM (EST) "Superliner Passenger Views?" Hello. Does any know if anyone is making or has made a "#5" key passenger view for any of the Amtrak Superliner coaches, including the MSTS defaults? If not, I may try taking a stab at it myself, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to use Abucus Train Sim Modeler. Right now, I have the view from the default Acela car in one of my default Superliner coaches. Granted the view is incorrect, but it works for now.

Since the F40s came out, I think this is the most common question behind "where's the Big Boy?".Yes, there is a Superliner internal view. Do a search for "Superliner" and you'll find a thread that contains the exact text to paste into your .wag file. However, this view uses Kuju's default Superliner interior, which is boo-boo. The seats are poorly drawn and textured, nowhere near in the right positions, there's no floors at all (you can look right down at the track passing under you) etc. etc. Plus the windows are so dark you can't really see out of 'em anyway. Until someone does a new Superliner model (which is on somebody's "to do" list I think...we'll probably have some Horizons first) with a prototypical interior, I'd advise you to just keep what you got. I want a proper Superliner view as well (they're basically the only passenger cars I run) but it'll just take some time.

Maybe throw in a Diner too? Well one can always hope I suppose.
