Apr-03-02, 09:11 AM (EST) "Is Train Artisan Finished??" Hey, I was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. I was on Train Artisan's website earlier and I saw that they were saying that the April 3rd release of their new trains was going to be their "Last General Release". Is Train Artisan closing up shop and leaving us? I really hope that this is not the case, they have always been my favorite group of designers so I hope that this isn't the end for them. It was a real shame to lose the Columbus Locomotive Works and I really hope that we won't be losing Train Artisan as well since they have been an invaluable part of the Train Sim community. To lose this group would be a real loss. I hope someone from their group can answer this post and let us all know what is going on with their group. And hopefully we will be able to look forward to them continuing to provide the great trains for us all as donationware and freeware like they have done in the past. Thanks you Train Artisan for being such an important part of the Train Sim community and I look forward to hearing a reply to this post. Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Don't worry - Train Artisan is not going away any time soon...In the next couple of weeks, we'll make an announcement that will explain the changes that are happening with Train Artisan. We still love building trains and we've got some great projects coming out in the future!
