"RE: Hey Buzz....here's another project idea 4U:" Ok....first let me give you the scoop on the Tri-Rail units....Although the Tri-Rail units look like the Coaster/MBTA/Caltrain F40PHM-2Cs and F40PHM-3Cs, the Tri-Rail versions are marked "F40PH-2T" on their builders plates. They don't differ much to the other railroads' MPI/BLC F40 copies but, let me stress that Tri-Rail's do not have some kind of a tunnel motor feature! Note the F40PH-2Ts and F40PHM-2Cs have a slightly different side window shape then the EMD F40PH.I stopped by Tri-Rail's Miami Airport Station today to see if an F40PH-2T was in...nope...might be a couple of weeks before I get the side photo for the skin.Here is a 3D drawing of how the main parts (gas tank, air tanks and battery boxes) are set up:If you need anymore help on the Tri-Rail F40PH-2T versions, I am more then happy to answer them!!!!!!Kurt _____--------------______

I love doing those 3D misc. parts....not to mention locomotives!SD40T-2: Well, although I would love to do the Coaster F40PHM-3C, I can't, as I don't have immediate access to California to take a side photo!
