Feb-18-02, 11:03 PM (EST) 1. "RE: The tools?" MSTS doesn't include tools for making the models only the tools for converting files made with 3rd party applications. You need a 3D modeling program (3D Studio MAX, 3D Canvas or TrainSim Modeler) and a paint program (Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc.)
