Feb-08-02, 03:44 AM (EST) "Latest GP-20 news, GN fans please look" Hi all thought I would post the latest in gp20 development before I quit this for a week to work on the Pennsy consolidation.
I was hoping that maybe some GN fans could point me in the right direction for getting some color photos of the GN version. Not only would a GN model look good on Marias Pass but it will go great with the WP unit since a lot of freights on the "Inside Gateway" line used combined WP/GN power. The voice of insanity in a seemingly normal world. I think I have one, if so, its on the way.
BobIt is emailed along with .eng files for each version. The WP had larger fuel tanks than the GN. Let me know if you need anything else.

Feb-08-02, 12:49 PM (EST) 4. "RE: Latest GP-20 news, GN fans please look" You might want to take a look at my GP-9m skin for the 3DTrains Geep. It's very similar, except for the lack of the dynamic brake:http://www.railwaystation.com/trainsim/free.html
Another consideration: Great Northern practice was to run their first generation high-hood engines long-hood forward.Ron Paludan

Feb-08-02, 11:49 PM (EST) 5. "RE: Latest GP-20 news, GN fans please look" Thanks for the feedback. BTW would you mind if I used your GP9m textures as a basis for my GN GP20 textures. Also I had already planned on making the GN version run long hood forward, in addition to having proper headlights. The voice of insanity in a seemingly normal world.
