MonitoringDeviceCriticalLevel( 0 )
MonitoringDeviceResetLevel( 0 )

MonitoringDeviceAppliesEmergencyBrake( 1 )
MonitoringDeviceAppliesCutsPower( 0 )
MonitoringDeviceAppliesShutsDownEngine( 0 )
