Svante was correct with the first question, all you would have to do in the eng file is set the Headlights dim setting to ditch lights only and the Bright setting to both. By toggling the H key you would be toggling between the two settings.There is no "event handler" exposed in the existing eng file that you could tie the space bar to activate both the horn and the lights to.
