Dec-30-01, 09:32 PM (EST) "TSM - Shape failed to load myproject.s" I am close to completing an 3700 poly count project and wanted to see what it would look like in the route editor. I completed the steps to create the files for TSM sucessfully (no error messages). I then entered the route editor to place my object and got the error message 'Shape failed to load myproject.s'. I looked in the reference file, etc. and everything is in place and spelled correctly. I hope someone knows the answer to this problem. I know that others have seen this problem too, but when I searched this forum I wasn't able to find any posts on this subject.Thanks in advance,Boomer Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Dec-31-01, 11:33 PM (EST) 5. "RE: TSM - Shape failed to load myproject.s" OK, I did a little test and found that the size of the file (poly's) was the factor in my case. I was able to slim down my model with some losses, but at least it loads into route editor now. I can't say that this will help you Kurt, but I eliminated a lot of hidden poly's and had to rework a few 'tubes' to reduce the poly count on my model.I hope to display the model here, but need to figure out the texturing stuff next. Texturing looks like a big job. Boomer
