Dec-14-01, 06:24 PM (EST) "NYCTA R44\R46 subway train" Because I didn't get the package from Auran today, I decided to create the NYCTA R44\R46 subway cars using Train Sim Modeler. The NYCTA R44 subway cars were the first 75-foot subway cars and had very nice interiors with colorful seats, "wood" panels, and "wallpaper". A few R44 subway cars had carpets but the carpets were removed a short time later. They are permanently coupled in A-B-B-A sets where "A" cars have full-width cabs and "B" cars don't have cabs. NYCTA usually run two sets in a train except for the "G" trains that have six cars instead of eight cars. Staten Island Railway has modified versions of R44 subway cars that are not permanently coupled to each other. How can I draw small circles in Paint Shop Pro? Jeffrey. Don't forget all the dings from rocks thrown at the SIRT cars.
And the heavy set train driver who reads the Daily News while driving. Can't wait to see the cars. The MOW switcher was painted recently, no lettering that I could see.

Dec-16-01, 04:47 PM (EST) 6. "RE: NYCTA R44\R46 subway train" I spent about two days creating new versions of NYCTA R46 subway cars. Texturing the subway cars took a long time. They have new seats, walls between seats and side doors, poles, and air conditioning units at end of cars. Why are there thin black lines in the textures in the corner of the subway car?
