Apr-04-02, 10:53 PM (EST) "Passenger Trains" I'm not very up to speed on the make up of passenger trains. I have TrainArtisan's F7 and VIA packs and want to create my own consist. I know you first have a baggage car, then what? Do they just randomly through the train together? I want around 12-16 cars in this consist. I made one up with 8 and want to add more. I'm just not sure where to put each car in the consist other than the baggage and the rear observation cars. Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.

Apr-05-02, 00:06 AM (EST) 1. "RE: Passenger Trains" Think of it this way: The sleepers want no noise, so put them in the back. the back of course has an obs-bar car with round end.
The day-coaches put in front behind the baggage(s),they pay less, so they get the noise, whatever there is from the engines. Diners then go in the middle somewhere, so does another obs-snack car.
It's all very scientific.
