Mar-20-02, 06:44 PM (EST) "The activity editor" Torbens work is brilliant!I tried it on the toughest activity I know of, The romance143 on the Tokio line, which has more AI than any activity I have ever seen, and it worked without a problem. It works faultlessly, and can change any activity to whatever season, time of day, weather, you want it to have. If you use it with sky conductor, You can pick any conditions you like. You can also get rid of those annoying 15mph limits on any activity that has them, and also eliminate any static trains that slow down the frame rate on some activities. In short, it is as essential as sky conductor, route control, or Mr Garbers routes.David Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Mar-21-02, 07:53 PM (EST) 1. "RE: The activity editor" I agree. It's amazing what a time saver it is. This, combined with the Route Controller from Jak Feron at HITW make this much more manageable. Now, if I could just figure out time tables and sequences (and keep track of my paths) I'll be fine.

Thank you very much for your feedback @all
I uploaded version 1.1a to ActivityChanger's HomepageFixed "bug": if there is an *.asv file for the activity, the changes to speedlimit and "passiv trains" don't take effect. The needless asv-file is now deleted by ActivityChanger automatically. See http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/DCForumID7/763.html for more "details" of asv-files You can use the "check for update via Internet" function in ActivityChangers help menu. You'll be told, if a new version is available.Torben
