Mar-02-02, 04:28 PM (EST) 1. "RE: screenshots of the BUDD RDC3 with cab" Nice! Is that duct tape around the cab window? Maybe it leaks when it rains. May I ask where the Budd RDC's came from? I'd like to run them on my copy of MSTS. The ones in your pics are the modern versions of the RDC (maybe I should say "newer" instead of "modern"). Are there any models of the original design around?I am constantly impressed with the screen shots that appear on this message board. These and some others I've seen are worthy of printing and framing! Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I don't really know where It
comes from but this model is a
Via Rail and it runs here in Canada.

It seems that there is a similar one
on Trainz but with much less details.
You can see those screenshots and more
about other models at the website of
Gaetan :
http://pages.globetrotter.net/valleypass/The RDC will be ready pretty soon for download
and of course you will find it on Gaetan website.Hope this helps

Mar-02-02, 05:41 PM (EST) 5. "RE: screenshots of the BUDD RDC3 with cab" Jean,Thanks for the reply. I'll keep checking the web site for updates.I used to ride on an RDC on the PRSL (Pennsylvania Reading Seashore Lines) into Ocean City, New Jersey (1960's – early 70's). I think most of the units are now in Cape May County, New Jersey on a short commuter/railfan run. They're my favorite loco (2nd fav is the SharkNose – Baldwin RF-16)!

Mar-02-02, 05:26 PM (EST) 3. "RE: screenshots of the BUDD RDC3 with cab" They look like winners. I believe that the screenshot shows an RDC-2 and RDC-1's, not an RDC-3. How about an RDC-4 as well, although I believe that it may have been shorter than the other RDC models (in reality). Love the interior view. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
