Feb-21-02, 10:05 PM (EST) "Plug for new grain mill" MarkRatl has done a grain mill which is pretty cool. Here's a pic. Absolutely no problems with Mark's packaging of the object either. All the ace files included and docs. Mark uploaded the mill tonight if I'm not mistaken so it should be available real soon.Message Areas - "Plug for new grain mill" – image 1 Rich Garber Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Any way of putting some sort of lettering on the building? most of these types have are well identified by company names.Dejoh Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Feb-22-02, 10:19 PM (EST) 3. "RE: Plug for new grain mill" Thanks for the kind words! I was starting to feel guilty about downloading all the great stuff on here and not giving anything back in return. I have no modeling experience what so ever, but I bought TSM and thought I would give it a try. Haven't been brave enough to start a engine yet, but hopefully my skills will be up to the level of the people on this site soon and I will give it a shot. As far as writing on this mill let me know what you want and I'll see what I can do.Mark Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

"RE: Plug for new grain mill" HiMark!Your grain mill looks really nice.I too am going to be creating new objects for MSTS.I ordered TSM over a week ago, hoping to start making new creations.Your grain mill is a inspiration for me,cause it shows me what TSM can do.I'm planning on creating some new vegetation,(trees, bush's,etc),buildings, houses, railroad equipment, trackside clutter, bridges etc. Most if not all my creations will be for the modern era.One day i plan on making my own route ,which will be based in the Detroit area, with lots of Industrial functions, which will need alot of new objects. There are 5 different railroads that operate within 50 miles of where i live,so there is alot of trackage, idustry, shipping, etc.I had plans on creating some new loco's,but most of what i'd be interested in is done,or being done. What's your next project? Feb-23-02, 09:29 AM (EST) 6. "RE: Plug for new grain mill" This is Mark's other project, a grain silo, I used on my new route. You can't see it from this pic real well, but there's an extension on the other side of the silo. It's a cool looking structure.Message Areas - "Plug for new grain mill" – image 3 I'm guessing he used TSM for this one as well.Rich Garber Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
