Dec-18-01, 10:59 AM (EST) "TURBO-TRAIN: Anyone got one??" I used to drool by the side of the CN lines near my house when I was 7 years old.. just waiting to catch a glimpse of the VIA rail (CN) Turbo-jut on its way to/from Montreal...I was there the last day it ran and watched a man place a silver dollar on the track for history sake (I thought it was going to derail the train).Does anyone have a TURBO-Train Skin??? I will work on one but given that I just got MSTS (divorce in a box) it may take some time.Here are some good shots I found (nice site BTW):Ahhhh.. the glory Days!!!!Beau Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I like turbine-powered locos and trains a lot, but probably no one has yet managed to tackle one of those for TS. I remember somebody WAS working on a Union Pacific gas-turbine locomotive a while back, but if my memory serves me right he handed the project to somebody else, and I haven't heard anything about it since then.D.M.
