Jun-05-01, 01:52 PM (EST) "Dont be mad, but technical problem. Black Screen." Just recieved it in the mail today, and did a full complete install. Went to start it up and got a pointer with an hour glass on a black screen and it locked up. I looked to search for any fixes on this board but did not find anything. I downloaded the latest drivers for Diamond Viper V770 and the screen thing still happens. I would love to play this game.Dell Dimension XPS T600

Instead I just hear the sounds from the video but no picture. It didn't bother me much since I figure it's similar to the MS video you get on startup with Flight Sim so I just deleted it. Microsoft says it's the Video driver. They are supposed to step me thru a fix tomorrow. We'll see?I got to Microsoft thru "WEB RESPONSE". It really works. It hangs when I try to start and prompts me to submit the problem to Microsoft. Please let me know how to resolve this, assuming Microsoft can walk you through it. I am desperate to play this game!!!Thanks.
