Anyone get these kind of an error:The erros that come up are:Failed to save service Failed to explorer player service Failed to save activity file: Explorer.act Failed to save explorer activity Failed to load activity file: routes\Norfolk Southern-Clince Valley\Activities\Explore.actAnd then the computer locks up and have to re-start...... J
Sounds like the route is missing some folders: activities, services, traffic. If these are missing the sim isn't smart enough to create them when it tries to save to them.Regards,Eric
Sounds like a firewall issue when you downloaded the Route. I had similare problems when I downloaded GMO Northern 1.75 some time ago. In order to get a successful download, I had to disable the firewall during download. After doing that it installed fine. This seems to be more of a problem with larger downloads and also may be aggravated with a slow connection.Other people have apparently downloaded the file sucessfully, so that may be your problem. If you didn't disable the firewall when you downloaded previously, try disabling it now.

Hi J> Where do you get these files from???The install routines of a route (installme.bat) typically copy these folders from ../../train simulator/template. So does the sim itself when you create a new route in the Route Geometry Extractor. You can simply copy/paste them in from that location. Lukas a.k.a Swissie
Those folders even the empty ones are created when you extract the Norfolk Southern - Clinch Valley.zip which is in the NSCV1.ZIP file to the MSTS Routes folder.
