To the attention of Chuck Schneider, NALWI am putting together a small package for upload to train-sim.com and would like to include a .sms file from the gp40_snd.zip download file. Since this is only one part of the file, I will include reference to your file for complete installation. I am combining a .wav file, a modification of a .sms file posted to the message area by Stuart Williamson and your .sms file as the basis for the modification.

Thank you for your consideration.

Just say you'll be uploading the file tomorrow regardless... he'll post! (It's a JOKE! - Edited to make that painfully clear!)

RE: Asking permission for usage of file

Jason,It is usually not a good idea to put somebody's e-mail as a mailto: link on a forum. E-Mail harvesting spam robots will quickly pick that up and add it to their roster. Chuck probably gets enough spam as it is, so it would be courteous to edit your post and make it look the way that Chuck put it in his post.
