I was inquiring to see whether anyone downloaded today's route and had a clean install without hitches. It is different from yesterday's in that not only should the bugs be gone, but I added some missing crossing signals. Kudos and Credit to Bruce Bridges for his DYNAMIC design of these signals.
RE: NS Atlanta Route; Anyone with clean install today
Yes this download is working today also with a clean install too. No problem at all. Already ran on this route on my computer in a few minutes ago and your route is super!! Noticed with the miles setup on your route that you had kilometers not miles. Doesn't bother me at all because I live in Canada and use the km but not sure for a majority of train simmers.ThanksJohn P. Mackay Belleville, ON Canada eh!!

RE: NS Atlanta Route; Anyone with clean install today
My only comment on the route would be to see about making those curves a bit wider. Some of the curves are very, very sharp. Probally the other comment would be to modify the speed limit, and at some point, put in milepost. I could then do a much needed guide for the route. These are merely just small suggestions. It is your route, and we all thank you for sharing it with us. The curves being too sharp would probally be my biggest hang up with a otherwise perfect route. The scenery is remarkable, some of the best I have seen in MSTS. My FPS are just barely able to handle it, dropping down to 11 at the Ford Plant, which seems to be the most detailed portion of the route. Top notch route, and again, thanks for sharing your pride and joy with us.Chris Bogley Syracuse New York http://photobucket.com/albums/v520/CBP/Proud Member of the "Put that CN SD60 behind the lead unit" club!

Thanks for the analysis and I will look at making changes this weekend (i.e. curves, milepost, speedlimits, whistlepost (as I can see your point. Good observation and THANK YOU for all of your hard work with this route......You are definitely a team player and says a lot about your character. Jones

Don't thank me. All I did was install it and run it! As for the curves, I don't even know if it is possible for you to fix that. I don't know the RE worth a lick, but I would imagine you would have to rip up some track, as well as trackside detail, and relay the track, which would then leave previous versions and activites void. I personally don't see it as a issue, but I also don't know anything about building routes. Given the newness of the route, I don't think too many people would mind seeing some wider curves. It wouldn't be the first time. But again, this is just me, so don't read too much into it. It is a suberb route. I remember your first post about 6 months ago, when you said you were going to do this route and release it by x-mas (I think) and I thought you were nuts, but as the M&M showed us, great routes can come out of nowhere, and although we were showed previews over the last few months, I don't think anyone could have imagined just how great your route would be.
