If you are going to be asking for help with problems concerning conbuilder:1. I would ask that the first thing is what version of conbuilder are you using?2. Is it something that I can D/L and work thru for myself to see what the problem is?3. If it is not something I can D/L then where do I get it or can you e-mail it to me.4. Remember that we have a forum over at http://www.3dtrains.com/forums/ 5. Latest version is always available at http://www.conbuilder.3dtrains.com
Another thing to add:Whether or not Shape Viewer works is not a problem with Conbuilder, they are 2 entirely seperate programs.Conbuilder calls on SHape Viewer to make the screen-shots for you just as if you called me on the telephone to help you.If Shape Viewer will not do screen-shots by itself, it will not work with Conbuilder.
It has come to my attention that people are using Conbuilder and Shape Viewer in a way that we have not set it up to be used.If you are going to make screen shots of your equpment and expect Conbuilder to put it where it belongs correctly, then you must use it the way it is setup, 1 folder for both programs, any other way and it will not work. Don't come complaining about it when it does not work.We have spent a lot of time and testing on the various OS's to make sure that it does work the way it was intended.
We worked a long time on making the help file readable and understandable, please read them first, then ask if you do not understand.I am from the very old school, "the only dumb question is the one you did not ask"
