Tehachapi Pass...thats all you need to know. UP, SP, ATSF and BNSF. My favorite, run it weekly.Kicking Horse 2.0 by MLT is also nice, but once your done with the 15 miles or so of big grades, its pretty flat after that. Sandpatch is cool, but not much fun being double tracked. Can't even recall the last time I ran that route. Cajon is also pretty nice, and like Tehachapi, SP, UP, ATSF, and BNSF are right at home there, as is Amtrak. Pretty long too.Cascades Crossing...awesome rolling stock and engines, best yet hands down, but the route is quite long, almost TOO long? About a 50 mile stretch of some pretty intense mountain railroading. Route is very intensive on computers though.Chris Bogley

>BNSF There is some stuff by Dekosoft (I don't have it)
>CN Is there much payware out there? I don't even know
>CP Kicking Horse?
>CSX Deko has some good stuff, but so does Diesel's West. What's your fancy, EMD or GE? Also, if you have patience, I'd wait for Marc Nelson's Mt. Sub which is supposed to be released in 2005.
>IC I don't know
>KCS I don't know
>NS Ge = DW, EMD = MLT
>UP I don't know. Maybe Sacromento Locomotive works SD90s?
