I need your little help to find which CD disk of Train Simulator that I will find Track Monitor file also the name of the file as well?? The problem is that I did not make a backup copy of Track Monitor (original) while installing another file from Train-Sim file library and did not like it so I want to go back to original but it's not there because I did not make a backup copy of Track Monitor. Hope someone know better than me about this original file of Track Monitor. I would be appreciated this if you can help.ThankyouJohn P. Mackay
Dear CN:The track monitor is a file called MON.dat and it's located in the DRIVERAIDS folder in the GUI folder inside TRAIN SIMULATOR.Full explorer path would be:C/PROGRAM FILES/MICROSOFT GAMES/TRAIN SIMULATOR/GUI/DRIVER AIDS/mon.datWhat you are looking for is on Disk #1, use windows explorer OPEN function to see what's inside as usually double clicking it activates the installation rather than seeing the contents.Look for a folder named LOCROUTE.....the GUI folder is nested in this.Doug
