Reading Topic #25669
I have downloaded a couple of European car files from one of the European Sim sites, and they appeared as RAR files.Does anyone know how to handle these to unpack them?????????I'm running Win XP, which has an automatic extracter for ZIP files, so there's no brainwork on just drag/drop the contents out of the zip file there. But it doesn't recognize the RAR files???Thanks for the helpDoug

I have completely replaced Winzip with WinRAR. IMHO, WinRAR is one of the few "must have" programs for Windows. I have it set to create zip files by default instead of RAR files and it works like a charm. It also reads almost every single compression format in existance.
