Hi Guys,That's Hi guy's to the more intelligent of you. You'll all have seen the "golden oldie" e-mail joke...What's the difference between the site of a road traffic accident where there's a dead dog in the road and a road traffic accident where ther's a dead lawyer in the road.......... There's skid marks before the body of the dog!My Point?"Maple Leaf Tracks vs. Simply Streamlined"Hmmm.... I took it as a joke, being as you're all so hung up on litigation."Gentlemen, now that we have two websites for what was once one, would it be asking too much for a rep of each company to let us know the status of some of the products that were originally previewed by Maple Leaf Tracks. I'm refering to such items as the Dundas Sub, Solddier Summit, and the UP and third SP engine packs. Also, I believe there was a patch promised for Cascade Crossing that was to have activities for the first two SP engine packs. I'm not asking for release dates, just some words of assurance that some of the above items are still in the works. Thank you for advance of your replies.Duncan"A perfectly polite, reasonably phrased and sensible question of public interest to all those of us who have followed, purchased, criticised, joined with the forum on MLT's old site etc.etc.I'm sure that such a creative bunch of customer oriented people who originally joined together to produce such excellent product did not part without some rift or sorrow. That is a private issue. I for one am heartened to see the re-emergence of MLT and the creation of Streamliners.Much has already been published about the future. It will take time for these two entities to either restore their sites or announce new plans. None the less the questions politely raised by Duncan are most certainly not private. There was as part of the "offer" on the SP loco packs a promise of activities for CC when it was released. As one who'd brake for the dog..... I don't want ANYONE to read this as a legalistic point. Given MLT's stance on sorting out the problems with DR and CC I can only have praise for their intent.None the less as a fan of ALL parties involved. I would like some feedback on Duncan's question. Please don't respond with justifications or complaints about the locked thread. I have my own private opinion of that and you really don't want to hear it.US Railfans over here in the UK can see only plus points in two companies. I for one look forward to the future offerings of both. Lets keep this a positive thread?Best Regards
Geoff
