PLEASE don't tell me I'm headed for a reinstall! Lately, when I save an activity, the time of (my) day at which I saved does not display in the "BY DATE" column of the LOAD SAVED ACTIVITY screen. I can still sort on that column and get the saves listed in chronological order, latest first, but sometimes it is helpful to know what time I saved an activity so I can go back to a particular point. This used to work on all routes before, and sometimes it still does, but randomly. If it doesn't work on the first save it never does, and if it does work the first time it continues to. Any ideas anyone? All help greatly appreciated in advance. Thanks.-Al

RE: Time of day not displaying for saves

Hi Eric! Thanks for the reply.I'm only using default, downloaded (from Train-Sim.com or AVSIM), and payware activities on the appropriate routes; no oddballs or my feeble attempts. I'm sure lots of folks here have also run these activities but there have been no complaints. I haven't changed screen resolution or any other display options since long before this started. But, your answer gives me some ideas to try. I'll check 'em out and report back. Thanks.-Al

No reinstall required. This is a cosmetic or display glitch. On my machine the time does not display if the month is October or greater. This seems to be due to the fact January to September can be displayed using a single digit; October to December requires two digits to numerically display the month. The second digit seems to cause the display to not have enough room to display the time.Hope this helps you. I suspect this problem may manifest itself differently depending on Operating System and display resolution.Cheers,

RE: Time of day not displaying for saves

Thanks Gary. That makes me feel a little better about the situation, anyway. Guess I'll have to wait 'til January to find out if that's my problem. I don't remember this happening last year though, but its getting to where I don't remember lots of things anymore LOL.-Al
