I finally found the method to get the downloads of the Cascade and Bridge line Routes I had paid for. Went to the request for refund page again and found the url hidden there that I had missed. It shows you what you have ordered from them, and the url's for the downloads. They worked!! I now have my routes, happy again! It's like Ottodad said, when in doutght, read the instructions.CPTrainman63R
