Have you got the Microsoft .NET framework installed on your computer? Have you run the InitTokens.bat file in the RR folder?Just a couple of possibilities that have caused other people problems.

Hi Rick,I answered this on here recently for someone else -The error 457 is a registry error. If you are happy using Regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings There may be two entries Route_RiterRoute_Riter6I would suggest you right click on them both and select Delete.
Next time Route_Riter is run it should rebuild these entries.
