Until a couple of weeks ago I had never downloaded anything other then to use the original trains in TS. Just the other day using one of the new downloaded trains I wanted to make it "snow", what happen was I got bumped out of the simulator, screen goes black half way through the process of setting up the event, then bounces me out altogether. Happens everytime now, even when attempting with MS original trains. Does anyone know what the problem is and more importantly how to remedy it???

RE: SNOW SITUATION

Hi Oren !In order to give you an answer to your question we would have to know precisely what it was you did when you say that you Just the other day using one of the new downloaded trains I wanted to make it "snow" ! A Train or a Route ? If a Route then which Route ?One thing you did not do, I presume, is to BACK-UP your ROUTES folder before starting to make alterations ? So what did you do ?O t t oP.S.: If you want a route with good Seasonal Environments such as Winter and Snow then download the MARIAS-KOOTENAI from the File Library, if you have not done so already. I can then take if from there and give you advice on how to make other routes more snowy !

If you take the train and its consist out of TS does it still happen? If it doesn't then you may be missing something from the train you downloaded. Which train was it?Otherwise go to the main Train Simulator folder and click launcher.exe. Click Troubleshooting on the screen that comes up and click the box next to 'Snow causes game to crash or does not display'. Hopefully that will do it for you.
